Shipping & Returns

We take great care to make sure your gift arrives in perfect condition and that all items are well packed.

Going away and due to miss an important date? Unable to post your own gift? Let us do it for you. Plan ahead and place orders for delivery next week or next month! Enter a future arrival date and we will ensure your gift arrives on time even if you are not in the country!

Late-Delivery:

A limited guarantee is implied for all next day deliveries. If the parcel carrier fails to deliver your package on the requested day, your shipping charges will be refunded.

Shipping:

We offer numerous shipping options.

  • Next day (special delivery)
  • 2-3 working days (first class Royal Mail)
  • Delivery between 14 and 28 days (either by request or as some items maybe low in stock)
  • Specific future delivery date at your request

We are unable to ship to the following destinations:

  • P.O. Box (a physical address is required)
  • Please call or email us for international shipping rates.

At times, certain products may become unavailable or discontinued. We reserve the right to make substitutions with items of equal or greater value. If the item(s) you order are not available you will be informed in writing of their expected delivery date and any expected substitution.

Prices, conditions and materials are subject to change without notice.

We have installed a shopping basket for your added convenience. We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, Switch, Delta and MasterCard. Your credit card will be charged at the point of purchase online.

Returns

If the gift you received does not meet your expectations, please report it to us within three (3) working days of receipt for a replacement or a complete refund.

You have the right to return your goods within seven (7) working days of the day after receipt of your ordered goods, if you are not entirely satisfied.

Please inform us of any returns you intend to make and return items in their original packaging and in the condition you received them. Strawberry Rose may, at its discretion, refund your return postage costs.

Claims for credit, due to incorrect address information will not be honoured.

Furthermore, customers will incur any additional fees charged by the carrier for address corrections.

    Our refund policy does not cover:
  • Acts of God (includes weather)
  • An act of war
  • High seasonal shipping volume (such as Christmas)

FAQs

What information is required to place an order?

  • The recipient’s name.
  • Physical address (carriers will not deliver to a P.O. Box).
  • The correct post code.
  • If the gift is being delivered to a business address, include the company’s name.
  • Day time phone number. This is the number that the shipper will call if they have any question concerning delivery and is very important.
    Helpful hint: If you do not know the recipient’s phone number, enter a number where you as the purchaser can be reached.

    Do you offer a guarantee?

    Yes, your satisfaction is always guaranteed.  Please refer to our "Late Delivery" and "Returns" web sections for full details. 

    How do I know you received my order?

    You will receive an e-mail confirmation within minutes of placing your order.  The confirmation will list the following information:

    • Recipient’s name
    • Item selected
    • Total cost
    • Despatch date
    • Order number

    When will my order ship?

    For next day delivery, orders placed before 12 noon the previous working day are shipped the next working day.  Weekends and Holidays are not considered business days.  For example, if you place an order before 12 noon on a Friday, that order would not ship until the following Monday.

    You will be notified if any of the items you have ordered are out of stock.

    Depending on your delivery choice (next day, 2-3 working days, between 14 ad 28 days, specific date) you will receive an email from us confirming despatch of your order.

    Does the retail price include the shipping cost?

    No, shipping prices vary according to the product(s) selected and your choice of delivery.  Shipping options and prices are listed at the end of each order. 

    What if I need to make changes to the order or cancel?

    We will make every effort to change your order as long as it has not been delivered or in transit.  To request a change, e-mail us at: custserv@strawberryrose.co.uk. Normally, a request change submitted by 11 am EST (on the ship day) can be implemented.  During peak holiday periods (Christmas, Mother’s Day & Valentine’s) same day changes may not be possible. 

    Can I review my order, after it’s placed?

    I need help with a large order; multiple recipients and multiple locations.  Do you provide a personalised service?
